Kabul Municipality fines Ariana Kabul Hotel for cutting trees

KABUL, Mar. 19 – Officials of the 5th District of Kabul Municipality have investigated the issue of cutting down trees by Ariana Kabul Hotel which has caused damage to the green area. The hotel has been fined to pay a panelty of 1.3 million AFN for cutting down three trees, and the money will be submitted to the Kabul municipality’s revenue.

The agency intends to enforce the law uniformly to prevent such urban violations.
