BAMYAN, Nov. 2 – The Jamait Red Crescent based in Bamyan province provided assistance to 350 deserving families.
The food aid packages include rice, beans, oil, pasta, tomato paste, salt, chickpeas and sugar and so on that have been backed by the Turkish Red Crescent.
The governor of Bamyan said that considering the poverty in the province these aids are not enough and the Aid Agencies should pay more attention to this province.
More than 90% Bamyan province’s people are in desperate need of help and if left unnoticed the province may witness catastrophes in the coming winter.
