Interior Minister Khalifa Sirajuddin Haqqani joined the Husn-e-Qiraat event held in Khost.

 

Apart from Afghan qiraats, participants from Egypt, Pakistan, and Iran also took part in this gathering.

 

This particular Husn-e-Qiraat gathering was arranged to mark the graduation ceremony of 120 qaries from a local madrasa in Khost.

 

Interior Minister Khalifa Sirajuddin Haqqani extended a warm welcome to the international quras attending the event, congratulated the graduates, and expressed that their graduation is a moment of joy and pride.

 

He highlighted that the country had experienced turmoil and mistrust due to foreign interventions over the past two decades, emphasizing that such religious gatherings play a crucial role in reinstating an atmosphere of Islamic brotherhood and trust.
