    KUNDUZ, Mar. 21 – Early Monday police and local militia clashed in Imam Sahib district of Kunduz province in which a police was killed while two passers-by were wounded in the exchange of fire between police and Arbakis. A vehicle was also damaged in the firefight that lasted for less than an hour.
