    BALKH, Nov. 23 – Ahmad Jan, a notorious Arbaki commander with a reputation for cruelty, corruption evil and so on was killed and 2 of his gunmen were injured when Mujahideen attacked his vehicle with IEDs in the provincial capital of Balkh province on Wednesday.
