JOWZJAN, Feb. 21 – An notoriously savage Arbaki commander (Jalil-e-Kour) and his gunman were killed when attacked by Mujahideen while he was driving with some of his gunmen to post in Khwaja Do Ko district of Jowzjan province on Tuesday. Three of his gunmen, however, escaped unhurt from the scene.
