Inauguration of first phase, launching of second phase of Qush Tepa Canal due today

BALKH, Oct. 11 – Today, a special ceremony will take place in Balkh, for the completion of the first phase of Qosh Tepa Canal and the start of its second phase, says Zabaihullah Mujahid the spokesman of the IEA.

This canal is considered as a vital project for enhancing the agriculture sector, which is highly welcomed by the whole nation.

The ceremony will be attended by Deputy PM for Economic Affairs, Deputy PM for Administrative Affairs, Ministers of Defense, Interior Affairs, Agriculture, Water and Energy, Commerce, Finance and Mines, DG of Intelligence Directorate and other IEA’s high ranking officials, Mujahid added.
