KABUL, Sep. 08 – The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan and the GAAC Company of the United Arab Emirates will sign a contract today for “aircraft guidance services and development.”

The negotiation process in this regard was conducted under the guidance of the Deputy PM for Economic Affairs.

The important work listed below will be completed under the contract:

-Development of aircraft air guiding services and provision of some services at airports.

-With the implementation of this project, air guidance services will be provided on an international level to the planes that pass through Afghanistan’s airspace or land at international airports.

-The safety of the aircraft in this area will be maintained with the implementation of this project, and the revenue source for transit flights will reopen.

-The most important thing is that Afghans will receive technical training in this field, allowing the country to become self-sufficient in this sector as soon as feasible.

-Along with this, it will help to standardize some of the facilities and services at the airports.
