KABUL, Noc. 26 – “We reject claims about IEA providing any construction machinery to the State of Qatar for 2022 world cup, said Abdul Qahar Balkhi the spokesman of foreign ministry.
“No official of the IEA has invested any ‘lucrative’ allowances/stipends on any heavy machinery and/or sub-contracted any such machinery to any Qatari firms.” the statement said.
The statement further added quoting Qatari official: “The PO and its activities were monitored and engaged-with on terms agreed and coordinated with the US.
Accordingly, the US had full visibility on all arrangements and matters with regard to hosting the Taliban political office in Qatar., he said”
