KABUL, Nov. 20.- Dr. Hohammad Naeem the IEA’s Charge de Affairs in Doha participated in the Katara International Dhow Festival on the invitation of Katara Cultural Village Foundation, said Afghan embassy in Doha.

The festival was also attended by Qatari Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, head of the Katara Cultural Village Foundation, sheikhs of the ruling family, ambassadors and representatives of foreign countries, civil activists, cultural and academic personalities and journalists.

Katara International Dhow Festival is an annual cultural festival inspired by Qatar’s rich maritime heritage.

The festival hosts exciting artistic and marine shows, and competitions that shed light on the ancient maritime history of the country.
