As the Ambassador of the Islamic Emirate to China, Mawlawi Bilal Karimi was present at and delivered a speech during the opening ceremony titled “The Shanghai Cooperation Organization’s 2025 Online Product and Shandong’s Advanced Trade.” Mr. Karimi elaborated on the progression of economic, trade, transit, and cultural relations. He also discussed topics such as the reinstatement of the Islamic Emirate’s observer status, the facilitation of Afghan product exports, and the provision of support for Afghan entrepreneurs in China.
In addition to addressing matters related to the expansion of economic ties, trade, transit, and cultural relations, as well as the restoration of the Islamic Emirate’s observer status, the removal of export barriers for Afghan goods, and the facilitation of Afghan business interests in China, Mr. Karimi engaged in separate discussions with organization leaders on the sidelines of the event.
The gathering was attended by the Deputy Secretary-General of the Shanghai Organization, the regional director of the organization, the head of the Chinese Chamber of Commerce, and ambassadors from various nations.
