Hirelings sustain casualties in Jowzjan, equipment seized

JOWZJAN, Jul. 29 – Mujahideen of Islamic Emirate began operations against enemy positions on Wednesday in 5 districts namely Khanqa, Aqcha, Mardeyan, Faizabad and Mangajek of northern Jowzjan province.

The operation is said to be still ongoing in which so far 20 combined hireling troops have reportedly been killed and dozens of others wounded while an APC, Dshk heavy machine gun, 10 Ak rifles and a sizable amount of other equipment seized.

Officials say that large areas have also been cleared in the aforementioned attacks.

This comes as Mujahideen have also liberated 26 large and small villages in Khanqa and Faizabad district over the past several days.
