Yesterday, H.E, the Prime Minister of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, appointed a high-ranking delegation to investigate reports of casualties involving Afghan citizens along the Iran and Pakistan borders.

This delegation, led by the Deputy Minister of Interior for Security, Mullah Mohammad Ibrahim Sadr, comprises representatives from the Ministries of Defense, Foreign Affairs, and Borders, as well as from the General Directorate of Intelligence (GDI).

The delegation has been entrusted with the responsibility of conducting an exhaustive and meticulous investigation into the matter and submitting its findings to the H.E Prime Minister’s Office.

Since its assignment, the delegation has worked relentlessly, through yesterday, last night, and today, to ascertain the facts.

It is committed to providing clarity on this issue to the public at the earliest opportunity.
