    HERAT, Dec. 16 – Officials of the Herat Police, during a joint operation with officials of General Directorate of Intelligence (GDI) of the province, have arrested a person in charge of drug trafficking from PD5 of Herat city seizing about 30 kilograms of “opium” drugs.

    The case of the perpetrator has been forwarded to judiciary for further proceeding.
