the meeting was also attended by Mawlawi Abdul Shakur Haqqani, Kandahar’s director of foreign affairs, Mullah Abdul Salam Baryalai, Kandahar’s director of economics, and Mawlawi Mohibullah, director of the Kandahar governor’s office.
