Gunman killed in Badghis, election center shelled

BADGHIS, Apr. 21 – At around 10:00 am local time today, a hireling trooper was shot and killed on the spot by a sniper in Loye Qarargah area of Ghormach district.

Meanwhile, ALP troops arriving Zailyano area of Maqur district for erecting new posts came under Mujahideen attacks, forcing them to flee after taking heavy fatalities.

Another report says, on Thursday night, Mujahideen shelled election center in limits of Badghis city, killing 2 puppets and leaving a further 2 lethally wounded.
