    Speaking at the ceremony, Mullah Aminullah Obaid highlighted that the construction of the building was funded through internal revenues of the Islamic Emirate, totaling approximately 20 million Afghanis.

    He further emphasized that alongside enhancing security across the nation, the Islamic Emirate is dedicated to resolving citizen issues effectively.
