Mullah Abdul Razaq Rashid, the police chief of Balkh province, has revealed the capture of a kidnapper in the 12th district of Mazar-e-Sharif city, who had kidnapped a child from the 8th district two days earlier.
Rashid also mentioned that the child who was abducted has been successfully rescued from the abductors and reunited with their family. Subsequently, six individuals were taken into custody on charges related to the kidnapping. After investigations, three main suspects were identified, while the others were released.
The police chief of Balkh stressed that kidnappers will be held accountable under the law, with no safe haven available for them to escape justice.
