A group of South African investors, scholars, and health sector experts had a meeting with Deputy Minister of Economy, Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar Akhund, today, says office of the economic deputy prime minister.
During the meeting, the South African investors expressed their interest in investing in the mining sector, utilizing the available investment opportunities in Afghanistan. They emphasized their intention to employ advanced technology for mineral extraction and processing.
Furthermore, the health sector experts from South Africa expressed their desire to collaborate with the Ministry of Public Health of Afghanistan to establish a well-equipped hospital that meets international standards. Their aim is to support the healthcare sector in Afghanistan and provide quality medical services to the Afghan population.
In response, Deputy Minister Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar Akhund assured the South African investors, scholars, and health sector experts of his full cooperation and support.
