Foreign tourism to Afghanistan increased by 32%

As per the National Statistics and Information Authority, this surge in foreign travel to Afghanistan took place during the last month of Asad. The agency’s data reveals a 32 percent increase in foreign arrivals during this month compared to last month.

Last month, a total of 3,400 foreigners entered and exited Afghanistan via both land and air routes, with 29 of these visitors being women. The NSIA reported that out of these, 206 foreigners arrived in Afghanistan specifically to visit historical and ancient sites.
