KABUL, Oct. 12 – The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the IEA consider the United States of America’s latest announcement to impose visa restrictions on some leaders of the Islamic Emirate, an obstacle to the development of relations between the two sides.

This announcement is made at a time when the high-ranking officials of the two countries held detailed meetings at various levels in Doha this week and discussed almost all important issues.

The United States of America should take positive steps considering the recent talks in Doha and practically show that it is welling a constructive interaction with the Islamic Emirate.

Such decisions can have a negative impact on bilateral relations.

Disagreeable points should be resolved through diplomatic channels and decisions that are not in the interest of both sides should be reconsidered.
