KABUL, Mar. 17 – Appointed by ministry of foreign affairs of Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan , Mr. Mohammad Fazel Saber was introduced in a ceremony as chargé d’affaires to his colleagues at the Afghan Embassy in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan, yesterday, says Abdul Qahar Balkhi the spokesman of foreign ministry.

 

In addition to embassy diplomats, Afghan residents & traders, the ceremony was also attended by Turkmen Deputy FM Mr. Wafa Khadzhiev & his colleagues.

 

Mr. Khadzhiev said they had come there to prove their friendship & brotherhood, & that they stand by IEA, adding that major projects like TAP, TAPI & others need implementation with cooperation of the Afghan Embassy.

Mr. Saaber assured the guests that the Afghan Embassy would provide all services envisaged in its mandate with full energy, commitment & integrity.
