    KABUL, Apr. 13  –  Today, a delegation from Afghanistan headed by the minister of foreign affairs, Mawlawi Amir Khan Muttaqi, departed for Samarkand, Uzbekistan, to attend a conference of the foreign ministers from Afghanistan’s neighbours.

    It is expected that the Minister of Foreign Affairs will have bilateral meetings with the foreign ministers of several countries of the region on the sidelines of the meeting.
