Foreign Minister Meets Pakistani counterpart in China

KABUL, Oct. 05 – The Minister of Foreign Affairs? Mawlawi Amir Khan Muttaqi leading delegation met Mr. Jalil Abbas Jilani, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Caretaker Government of Pakistan, on the sidelines of the third meeting of the Trans-Himalayan Forum, says Hafiz Zia Ahmad Takal the depity spomeman of the ministry of foreign affiars.

Both sides had a long discussion on bilateral relations, trade, problems of Afghan businessmen and Afghan refugees in Pakistan.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs expressed that negative media statements, creating problems in transit and travel and harassing Afghan refugees affect the bilateral relations and the economic situation of both countries adding that such decisions and measures should be taken with deep thought and coolness.

The Pakistani side insisted that the controversial issues should be resolved through dialogue and understanding.
