TEHRAN, Jan. 09 – A high level delegation led by acting Foreign Minister Mawlawi Amir Khan Muttaqi, who is on visit of Tehran at the invitation of Iran, met with Dr. Hussein Amir Abdullahian, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Iran today.
Positive and constructive discussions were held on bilateral economic-oriented political relations, trade, commerce, oil, transit and security issues, says spokesman of the foreign ministry of the IEA.
Both sides termed Afghanistan geographical location a link between Central and South Asia and a route for Iran to transit its exports to other countries in the region, and for Afghanistan to be able to export goods through Iran.
