Expired, outdated medicines disposed of

WARDAK, June 19 – In Wardak province’s Jalriz district, the health authorities of the Public Health Commission of the Islamic Emirate paid visits to pharmacies, drug stores and clinics.

During the visit, the medical team collected outdated and substandard medicines from a number of pharmacies and disposed of them by burning them down in public.

The pharmacies, drug stores and clinics were strongly advised to take all the health norms into account and avoid overstepping certain regulations in this regard.
