During visit to Maimana city, the capital of Faryab province, esteemed Amir-ul-Momineen held discussions with local officials, members of the Ulama Council, teachers, and scholers.
Esteemed Amir-ul-Momineen (May Allah ptrotect him) remarked on Afghanistan’s independence and triumph, emphasizing that the nation’s autonomy was not secured through military means but through the divine assistance of Allah Almighty, coupled with the sacrifices and unity of the Afghan people. He proposed designating the 24th of Asad as “Victory Day.”
Furthermore, esteemed Amir-ul-Momineen (May Allah protect him) underscored the importance of humility, piety, and moral uprightness in times of prosperity, urging individuals to shed arrogance and negative traits.
He stressed the significance of unity, referencing the Quranic verse “انا اکرمکم عنداللہ اتقاکم,” highlighting that piety is the most esteemed quality in the eyes of Allah.
During his address, Amir-ul-Momineen (May Allah protect him) advised emirate officials to uphold divine decrees, enhance security measures, provide both religious and contemporary education to citizens, and enforce moral conduct and the prohibition of evil within society.
He urged concerted efforts to address the needs of the wounded, disabled, and Mujahideen, as well as the familial issues of martyrs.
