According to a statement by the supreme court of the IEA the leader of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, His Excellency Amir-ul-Momineen (May Allah protect him), met with the Supreme Court central Tamiz directorate director Shaikh Mohammad Sharif “Haqqani”, South-west zone general director and judicial assistant shiekh Sardar Mohammad abul – Faizan, supreme court Criminal division director, Public Security division director, commercial division director, the Civil and Public Rights division director, Military division director, Supreme Court inspection directorate director, and Judicial Education director, on 21th and 22th of Rabi ul awal 1446 A.H.
In this two-day meeting, there was a detailed discussion about important organ (Judiciary) of the Islamic system.
The leader of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, His Excellency Amirul Momineen (May Allah protect him), said to the supreme court related central Tamiz officials that Sharia is connected with judicial affairs, as long as judicial affairs are done well and on time and people’s problems are solved. The more Sharia system is strengthened; Because Sharia encourages reform instead of punishment.
His Excellency Amirul Momineen (May Allah protect him), directed the officials to conduct judicial affairs in accordance with the instructions and orders of the Islamic Sharia, Considering the independence of the judiciary in your decisions do not come under direct or indirect pressure from anyone; Rather, do your affairs according to Shariat with great courage.
The leader of the Islamic Emirate, His Excellency Amirul Momineen (May Allah protect him), added, in the case of the existence of the Islamic system in a country, all citizens of that country should enjoy their shari’a right, no one can dare to oppress the oppressed; If someone commits injustice or violates the rights of others, it is the duty and responsibility of the courts to punish the oppressor, to give rights to the oppressed and to save them from oppression.
The leader of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, His Excellency Amirul Momineen (May Allah protect him) gave other important instructions to the officials of the Supreme Court.
The Supreme Court’s officials assured His Excellency Amirul Momineen (May Allah protect him) that they will ensure justice in the country by issuing Shariah decisions, prevent oppression and help the oppressed.
Also, the officials of the Supreme Court added that the judicial and administrative staff of the courts are trying their best to keep the doors of the courts open for the clients and solve the cases of the clients on time.
