Esteemed Amir-ul-Momineen Approves Formation of Takhar Ulama Council

On the basis of decree of the esteemed Amir-ul-Momineen, the formation of Takhar Ulama Council was arranged as follows and the guidance was given to start the work.

Honorable Mawlawi Mahmood as Chairman of the Council

Honorable Mawlawi Khal Murad as Deputy Chairman of the Council

Honorable Mawlawi Muhammad Naeem as member of the Council and in charge of financial and administrative affairs.

Honorable Mawlawi Faizullah, honorable Mawlawi Abdul Mubashir, honorable Mawlawi Muhammad Usman, honorable Mawlavi Lal Muhammad, honorable Mawlawi Sahib Abdul Ghafoor, honorable Mawlavi Habib Allah, honorable Mawlawi Ahmad Agha, honorable Mawlavi Muhammad Khan, honorable Mawlawi Aminullah, Mawlawi Syed Nasir, Mawlawi Nazar Mohammad, Mawlawi Ghulam Saeed, Haji Bahlol have been elected as members of the council.

The council is obliged to give advice to the related officials of the province in light of Sharia for the improvement of the provincial affairs according to its plan.

Likewise, officials of Takhar province are also obliged to act based on the advice of the council of scholars and to make full efforts in the implementation of the plan.

Officials of the central financial administration and other relevant institutions are obliged to organize the administrative formation and budget of the Ulama Council and go through the stages according to the principles.
