Upon the successful construction and installation of four substations in the districts of Herat (Chisht Sharif, Obe, Pashtun Zarghun, and Karokh), approximately 1,250 small and rural businesses, along with 350 mosques, schools, and health centers, are poised to benefit from access to electricity.
