Equipment seized as strategic base overrun in Garmsir

HELMAND, Sep. 02 – Officials say a strategic enemy military installation in Tori Ghondi are of Garmsir district came under a Mujahideen attack early on Thursday.
Attack in which heavy and light weapons were used, overrunning the base after forcing the enemy to flee.
A ranger pickup, motorbike, several ammo and other war equipment was seized in the combat.
It is to mention that a large area came under the control of Mujahideen by overrunning the said base.
Mujahideen have suffered no casualties in the operation.
