Enemy suffers heavy losses in country’s southeast

PAKTIKA, Apr. 13 – Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate counterattacked the enemy trying to surprise Mujahideen in Jani Khel district of southeastern Paktika province on Monday. Heavy fighting ensued in which the enemy was forced to retreat with heavy losses.

On Sunday, 2 enemy soldiers were killed and 3 more were wounded when Mujahideen ambushed the enemy in attempt to conduct an offensive on Mujahideen in Khair Kot district of Paktika province.

In a report from neighboring Paktia province, an enemy soldier while on foot was shot dead in Ahmad Khel district of Paktia province on Sunday.

According to a report from Khost province, at least 5 puppets sustained wounds in clashes with Mujahideen in the provincial capital of Khost province, while Mujahideen targeted an enemy post in Musa Khel district of the province causing the enemy further losses of life and injury.
