Enemy forces have been launching repeated attacks on Mujahideen positions since yesterday on Bolan region’s Ainak and Nomro area from the direction of Nawa and Nad Ali district.

The enemy faced heavy Mujahideen resistance, triggering heavy clashes during which 5 APCs from Nawa district direction and 3 from Nad Ali were destroyed by IEDs as well as 8 other IEDs detonating on the dismounted commando troopers, killing and wounding dozens of gunmen including multiple commanders.

Similarly airdropped commando troops were targeted with sniper fire in Mataki area, forcing the fleeing enemy to leave behind 4 corpses.

Moreover an Arbaki compound was also attacked by Mujahideen, killing and wounding some 15 militiamen and prompting the enemy to airlift their casualties.

The enemy was repelled and forced to retreat from all the areas where it wanted to advance. The Mujahideen are currently in their old positions while all the counter claims by enemy of making progress are fabrications and intended for propaganda purposes, according to officials who say that only 2 Mujahideen were martyred during the fighting and 3 other injured (may Allah accept them).
