Enemy offensive repelled in Tarinkot, 34 killed and wounded

URUZGAN, Mar. 23 – Heavy clashes have been taking places as enemy faces befitting response of Mujahideen in Paie Nawa and Talani areas of capital Tarinkot since last week.

As many as 13 enemy personnel have been killed and more than 12 wounded with a check post overrun while 2 APCs have been destroyed.

It is said that 4 Mujahideen have been wounded and 3 more have embraced martyrdom during these gunfights.
