    KUNDUZ, July 31 – The Arbaki militia shot two civilians dead and ransacked their house in Aqcha district of Jowzjan province on Saturday. Separately, five policemen were killed and two more were wounded in a clash and a bomb attack in Qushtifa district of the province on Saturday.
