GHAZNI, Mar. 16 – On Wednesday Mujahideen fighters opened fire on the convoy carrying supplies to the enemy stationed in Shalgar district of Ghazni province, bring it to a halt and sparking off a gunfight that lasted about an hour, a report said but gave no casualty details.
In another report from Ghazni, a policeman was killed and another suffered wounds with a vehicle destroyed in an ambush attack. A vehicle was destroyed after coming under rocket fires.
Separately, a local police locally termed Arbaki surrendered to Mujahideen with his gun in Ab Band district of Ghazni province on Thursday.
