KAPISA, Oct. 23 – The Islamic Emirate’s Mujahdieen opened fire on the enemy convoy in Tagab district of Kapisa province on Saturday, damaging a number of the vehicle but it is unclear if anyone was killed or wounded. Later, the enemy opened fire on the civilians’ homes, causing the villagers heavy losses.
