LAGHMAN, Feb. 19 – Early today the enemy was taken by surprise in the limits of Mehtarlam city, the provincial capital of Laghman province in which an Arbaki was killed and a further 4 including an Arbaki commander were fatally wounded.
In another report, Mujahideen shelled the enemy base in Qarghayi district of the province on Saturday, likely to have caused the enemy severe losses but it is not yet clear how many suffered casualties.
