Enemy abandons key base, 5 posts in Kandahar

KANDAHAR, Jul. 31 – Officials say, enemy has fled and abandoned a key military base and 5 security check posts in Kalanchiki area of Maiwand district overnight.
The said base was established after Mujahideen Tooke control over Ghorak district and they were treating it as Ghorak district center.
With escaping of enemy the said large area came under the control of Mujahideen.
