Enemy abandons 2 posts in Gerishk, APC destroyed

HELMAND, Jun. 06 – Mujahideen carried out attacks on 2 police check posts in Band Barq and Norozo area of Gerishk district at noon hours yesterday.

Details say the enemy was forced to flee after a brief resistance, overrunning both posts after killing and wounding 11 puppets and destroying an APC and 2 rangers.

It is said that 2 Mujahideen were wounded and another one embraced martyrdom during the operation.
