Enemy abandons 10 check posts in Maiwand

KANDAHAR, Sep. 08 – Reports from Maiwand district of southern Kandahar province state that ANA troops have fled and abandoned 10 check post in Tor Nika area since early this morning due to fear of Mujahideen attacks.

With the fleeing of enemy, a large area fell to Mujahideen.

The enemy was forced to flee as constantly suffered heavy casualties due to IED and district attacks of Mujahideen.
