KABUL, Sep. 21 – The Department of Economic Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the IEA held an economic meeting in cooperation with the Afghan Embassy in Turkey, said Abdul Qahar Balkhi the spokesman of the ministry.

The online meeting  was attended by the head of economic affairs of the New Welfare Party, Mohammad Al-Tuz, and representatives of various companies of industry, agriculture, construction and mines of the said country, and  Representatives of foreign, mining, trade and industry and finance ministries and chambers of commerce and industry participated from Afghanistan.

In the said meeting, Afghanistan’s mines, transport, agriculture, business opportunities and routes for transferring exports and imports were discussed in detail.

For mutual investment and trade growth, both sides agreed on establishment of a joint working team and a high-level delegation from Turkey to visit Kabul for agreement with Afghan businessmen and representatives of related sectors.
