In a press release, the office of Economic deputy Prime Minister has announced the initiation of multiple major economic projects across various provinces of the country.
These projects, as per Economic Assistance, encompass a wide range of endeavors such as the TAPI project in Afghanistan, the Tuti Maidan gas field, the Herat-Ghor road, the Kabul-Ghazni second lane road, key internal roads within Kabul city, Pashdan dam construction, the establishment of standard waiting rooms at Kabul airport, Platoni Dam, Agha Jan Dam, the next phase of the Herat-Khaf railway’s fourth section, the Nelah Bagh residential project, the road leading to the Masainq project, the installation of scanners at 12 customs points, a 23 MW solar power initiative, and the completion of the Arghandi substation, among other development projects.
