Dozens killed in attacks in country’s southeast

PAKTIA, Apr. 13 – Late Wednesday a check post came under Mujahideen attack in Zurmat district of southeastern Paktia province, leaving a puppet dead and 3 more wounded with a destroying a number of army vehicles.

In another report, at least 6 puppets were killed and 3 more were wounded after Mujahideen repelled the enemy offensive in Syed Karam district of Paktia province.

Two armored tank were also destroyed in the fighting.

In a report from neighboring Khost province, a roadside bomb blast ripped into a vehicle carrying the soldiers of ANA in the provincial capital of Khost on Wednesday, leaving all those aboard dead or wounded.
