KUNDUZ, Oct. 03 – Al-Emarah News said Monday the Islamic Emirate’s Mujahideen advanced on Kunduz city, the provincial capital of the same province early today, moving forward into several different parts of the city.

Mujahideen combatants closed in on the enemy from different points, sparking off deadliest fighting that led to killing a large number of the enemy soldiers.

Mujahideen fighters seized 8 combat posts, capturing from the enemy 2 Kalashnikovs, 1 PK machine gun, 1 rocket propelled grenade and various kinds of ammo.

Mujahideen are reported to have been making progress, while fighting has well been underway.
