Dozens killed, 4 outposts overrun in north; 14 give in to Mujahideen

KUNDUZ, Aug. 19 – Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate seized a further two combat posts from the enemy in the limits of the provincial capital Kunduz province on Friday.

A total of 14 puppets surrendered themselves with 12 Kalashnikov machine guns, 1 PK and 1 rocket propelled-grenade to Mujahideen.

In the afternoon hours of the day, Mujahideen seize yet another post known as Haq al Ubor located along the road between Kunduz city and Imam Sahib district, in the limits of Kunduz city, causing the enemy further losses of life and injuries.

Mujahideen seized from the enemy 1 SPG-9 Tripod Cannon, 1 DShK, 1 PK heavy machine gun with a great deal of ammo and an armored tank.

Similarly, Mujahideen overran a check post along the main road leading to Takhar, inflicting heavy toll on the enemy and seizing and ammo from the enemy.

The roads extending from Kunduz city to Khanabad and Imam Sahib and Kunduz-Takhar main road have remained closed off, while Mujahideen have further closed in on Kunduz city.

Earlier today, Mujahideen fighters and the enemy clashed in Kunduz city in which a number of the enemy soldiers were killed and wounded with two tanks destroyed.

Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate have been in control of the road between Kunduz city and Imam Sahib district over the past three days.

Likewise, Mujahideen seized all the enemy posts and the district police headquarters in Qala-i-Zal district of Kunduz province, repulsing the enemy with fatal losses.

A Mujahid fighter was martyred and one injured in the entire operation.

Separately, the combined U.S invaders and their puppets barged in on the civilians in the middle of last night and abducted 7 innocent civilians from their homes in Kunduz city.
