Dostum militia burn dozens of homes in Faryab, abduct more than 70

FARYAB, June. 28 – In the past few days ever since the Kabul administration’s first deputy Dostum along with his Gelum Jum militia arrived at Astana Baba area of Shirin Tagab district for operations, he has launched extreme brutality against ordinary civilians.
Reports says the said militia has set fire to dozens of houses, looted many shops mostly mobile phones and other valuables and inflicted casualties upon many civilians.
According to details more than 70 white bearded elders and other civilians mostly farmers and herders have been kidnapped while 50 motorbikes, hundreds of cattle (sheep, goats and other animals), precious jewelery, beds and other items from the houses have been looted, proving that the Gelum Jum militia do not hold back from directing any atrocity towards the common people.
This time the crime of Gilamjam was so widespread that they even have took away the dogs of shepherds.
The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan condemns this horror, calls on the masses to summon courage and bring these crimes  to an end. The Mujahideen are also headed towards the said area to help the people safeguard themselves.
The Islamic Emirate also urges the humanitarian organizations and right groups to not conceal the crimes of Dostum, to listen to the cries of the people and take objective action against this crime.
