    FARAH, Jan. 16 – A stooge regime police director – Bahar – was tactically arrested in front of his compound in Joyan district of the province early Saturday. Despite enemy several efforts of freeing the officer, his case has been forwarded to the judicial commission of Islamic Emirate.
