Directives of Esteemed Amir-ul-Mumineen (May Allah protect him) to all the Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate

Allah Almighty, by His grace and kindness bestowed a great victory on the Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate, and are now facing a great test.

In order succeed in this great test the Mujahideen must pay serious attention to the following points.

1- All Mujahideen should make their intentions entirely for the willingness of Allah almighty.

2. All elders and youth should adorn its self with the adornment of piety.

3- Always be appluader to Allah, the Almighty, who has blessed you with such a great victory by the blessings of Holy Jihad and His help.

4. Apply justice and impartiality in all matters.

5. Do good to your afflicted people.

6. Abstain of arrogance, pride, wonder, cruelty and betrayal.

7. Strictly avoid nationalisim, regionalism, and languistic diffrences and friendship biasness.

8. Privilege must be based on piety and honesty.

9. Establish an atmosphere of trust and brotherhood among you.

10. Avoid any action that create mistrust.

11- Do not leave the obligation of enjoining the good and forbidding the evil among yourselves. Perform the prayers in congregation.

12- Avoid betrayal in the treasury.

13- Take good care of the families and children of the martyrs and never forget them.

14- Stickily avoid interfering in each other’s affairs.
