KABUL, Oct.23 – A governmental delegation led by Mullah Bakht Rahman Sharafat; director general & CEO of Afghanistan Railway authority (ARA) departed to the Russian Federation on an official invitation to attend the Astrakhan International forum, said ARA in a statement.
According to stateme the Mr. Sharafat head of ARA will deliver his speech at the Astrakhan International Forum and will share the achievements of ARA as well ad invite the members of the forum to invest in Afghanistan railway projects.
